What is a prosthodontist?
A prosthodontist is a dental specialist with three extra years of training in rebuilding and replacing teeth, crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers and the teeth that go on implants. If a tooth needs to be made, matched, or made beautiful, this is the specialist who does it.
With Dr. Nainik Mehta's surgical expertise, the clinic covers both halves of complex dental work under one roof, on one shared plan: two specialists, each leading their own field.
Training & qualifications
- BDS, Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
- MDS, Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge. Three years of specialist training beyond the dental degree in crowns, bridges, complete and partial dentures, implant prosthetics and full-mouth rehabilitation.
- Practice in Karnal since 2020. Partner at Dr Mehta's Facial Surgery and Dental Clinic, running it jointly with Dr. Nainik Mehta and leading all prosthodontic work: crowns, smiles, dentures and full-mouth rehabilitation.
