Anything already called surgical
A jaw cyst seen on an X-ray, a root left behind after an old extraction, an ulcer that has not settled in two weeks. These cases usually get pushed from a district town towards Delhi or Chandigarh; Karnal is nearer. Our surgical care page lists them.
The drive up, and where to stop
Head north on NH-44 and leave the highway at ITI Chowk. That single instruction is most of the journey. Continue onto Kunjpura Road and watch for Ashoka Nursery; we are directly opposite it at #1 Raja Ram Market, signboard facing the road.
Being dropped by auto instead? Say "Kunjpura Road, opposite Ashoka Nursery". Most Karnal drivers know the nursery, and because the entrance opens onto the main road you can be set down at the door.
Parking: two-wheelers outside; cars on the empty road immediately left of the clinic, not inside Ashoka Nursery.

Before you leave Panipat
Message us the problem and photograph any X-ray or referral note, even an old one. Half the point is that we can sometimes tell you the trip is unnecessary.
The first visit, one sitting
Examination, a small X-ray here if it answers the question, and a plain account of the choices, waiting included. A removable wisdom tooth or minor procedure can often be dealt with the same day if you arrive early in a session.
If a 3D scan is needed
You go to a nearby imaging centre in Karnal that same day and bring the images back. It adds an hour rather than a second trip, which is why we flag it beforehand.
Afterwards
You leave with written instructions and a clear idea of which follow-ups genuinely need you in the chair. A progress check is usually just a photograph.

Usually true, which is why we push routine work back towards Panipat. It stops being true for treatment you have done once in your life; then who does it matters more than how far you drove.
We do not scan in-house
There is no CBCT machine on these premises. Patients needing one are referred to an imaging centre nearby and the surgery is planned from those images. Better you know before setting out.
Not all surgery is in one room
Day-care procedures happen at the clinic. Anything needing an operating theatre is done at a hospital in Karnal chosen to suit the case, not one fixed partner hospital.
